Agreement

By adding Haven to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to use the bot responsibly and only for lawful, community-safe purposes. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and platform rules.

Server Operator Responsibility

Server operators are responsible for configuring Haven, choosing where it can operate, assigning appropriate Discord permissions, and making sure their community understands which bot features are enabled in the server.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Haven to harass users, automate abuse, bypass moderation, distribute harmful content, or collect information in a way that violates Discord rules or the expectations of the community where the bot is installed.

Availability

Haven is provided as-is. Features may change, fail, or be unavailable because of hosting issues, Discord API changes, missing permissions, invalid configuration, rate limits, or maintenance work.

Permissions

Haven should only be granted the permissions it needs for enabled features. If a permission is no longer needed, server operators should remove it from the bot role or update the bot invite configuration.

Removal

You can stop using Haven at any time by removing it from your Discord server or revoking its permissions. Removing the bot stops it from receiving new server events and responding to commands in that server.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Haven adds new features or changes how it operates. Continued use of the bot after changes means the updated terms apply to that use.
